Shipping policy

At Merrickville Cookies we work hard at fulfilling your orders as promptly as possible. We usually try our best to fulfill orders within a 24-48 hour window.  However due to many circumstances beyond our control, we can never guarantee a 24-48 hour fulfillment time.  We're dealing with suppliers in unprecedented times with disrupted supply chain systems. 

  As with most online companies, we rely on external carriers to deliver our products.  We take tremendous steps in insuring a prompt delivery, however we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates.

 Our window time for pick up is between the hours of 16:00 & 19:00. We ask that you respect these hours unless otherwise prearranged via email at info@merrickvillecookies.com
